About Tom Cronin
A Life Built on Purpose
Tom Cronin is a speaker, author, and ministry leader whose life was transformed when he discovered the gifts God had placed in him. Today, he dedicates himself to helping others do the same.
The story behind Divine Success
For years, Tom Cronin felt the tension that so many believers feel — a sense that there was more to life than what he was living, but no clear path to find it. He had success by the world's standards, but something was missing.
It was through a season of deep prayer, Scripture study, and honest self-examination that Tom began to uncover the spiritual gifts God had woven into his very nature. The clarity that came was life-changing — and he knew he had to share it.
Divine Success was born from that journey. The book, the Spiritual Gifts Assessment, and the seminars are all expressions of one core conviction: every person on earth has been uniquely gifted by God, and the world needs them to walk in those gifts.
The mission
To help every believer discover their God-given gifts, align their life with divine purpose, and walk boldly in the calling God has placed on them.
Biblical truth
Everything we teach is rooted in Scripture. God's Word is the foundation for understanding purpose and calling.
Practical application
Discovery without action is incomplete. We equip people with tools and steps to actually live out their calling.
Community
Purpose is best pursued together. We build environments where believers encourage and sharpen one another.
Transformation
We measure success not by attendance or book sales, but by lives genuinely changed and callings genuinely walked in.
